Sleeps 7 – Over the river and through the woods! Harken to a simpler time where grandma’s house beckoned you to warm hugs and the smell of fresh baked cookies. Come back home and relax, relive those carefree, love-filled days while you rock in mimi’s chair and sip your coffee on Granny’s Porch. Two miles off the main highway in near seclusion, there is plenty of room to let the kids run around chasing Fido, with acreage to explore while you soak up the sound of the wind and birds in the trees. Great for family gatherings, Granny’s Porch has 3 bedrooms, two bath, a large kitchen with all appliances, and laundry room. It also offers a wood-burning fireplace insert, satellite television, DVD player, hot tub, wifi, and is of course, pet friendly. Granny’s Porch sits on 40 private acres (shared only by a small cabin that is managed by Cabins in Broken Bow as well) that has trails on it good for ATVs. **Please note that ATV riding is illegal once you are off private property. Ride at your own risk. Please be respectful of the land so others can enjoy it as well. ATV riding MUST remain on trails.**
